I have been a Real Estate Broker for 45 years. I'm retired now and recently hired Ysolette to sell my home. Without a doubt, she is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the market is unparalleled. She knows how to market your home. Not just put it in MLS and hope...I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Ysolette! She communicated with us on a regular basis, answered our questions in a timely manner and told us what we needed to do to sell our home. Our home sold quickly listed with Ysolette.

Ysolette is a GO GETT’er for sure. Worked diligently, hard and a great communicator. Thorough and competent from the beginning to the end! In retrospect we should have selected her as our agent 12 months prior and we would have sold sooner!

Ysolette was great to work with. She represented me in a purchase I was considering. Before I made my decision final, she suggested we look at other comparable homes in the neighborhood so I could be really comfortable with my decision. It really helped me to lock in my decision. Her response time was always good and she was so patient, spending time answering all of my questions. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

We used Ysolette to market our home in a challenging area where the builder was still building and offering strong incentives. She marketed our property very well and it sold much quicker than we estimated. I strongly recommend Ysolette as a very dedicated and hard working agent!

My wife and I contracted with Ysolette to sell our home. She did an excellent job in listing and marketing our home. She was dedicated in exposing our home through open house showings and the MLS. Ysolette is very professional with her many years experience. I highly recommend Ysolette for one’s real estate needs.

Ysolette is the best. Besides being extremely professional, she is also friendly and casual, when the time is right. Even though she was my agent, I felt like we became friends. I would recommend her over any real agent I have ever used. Can’t say enough positive things about the way she handled my listing and sale.
